The Golf Insider says… “I’m keeping faith with Hojgaard this week because despite leading after Day 1 at Cromvoirt last week, I still take his ultimate 10th place finish as a positive, rather than a missed opportunity – and just to say, but for some possible mental let-down, I think Perez could go well here. But the Dane has an excellent tee-to-green game, which is what the mammoth Green Eagle course, also known as the “Green Monster”, is all about. Last week’s Top 10 came after a Top 20 at the British Masters, and trending the right way, I see no reason why Hojgaard can’t go well again this week. It looks a very open field here, with Fleetwood making the market, and again at 25/1, I expect the 21-year-old to feature come the weekend.”
